Great scales but awful customer service

Scales work as expected and are great for the intended purpose however customer service is non-existent! Delivery took a little under two weeks which is fine if I’d known but there was no indication it would take that long and when I emailed asking for an update I never got a reply! These are fine if you’re happy to wait but there are lots of other options available with UK-based suppliers/shipping.

Happy with ZeroHero Mini Scales. Works well.
Design has changed from Website picture and YouTube Review. Coffee/water won't get inside top of scale it's now one piece, this is a great change.
Only issue is it's a bit bulky for the Breville Impress Express coffee machine as the small clear drip tray protector has to be removed to get it level. Can just squeeze a small coffee glass under the portafilter. Possibly the thickness of the scale has increased due to the top of the scale only being one piece now but not sure as haven't seen the original design.
Would recommend but not for Breville Impress Express Coffee machine.

All I needed for the price I paid!

I got it for around 35€ and it is exactly what I wanted to get. The different modes to use the scale work super nice and the material are high-quality (for the price you pay). The only thing I would wish for: a faster processor. Sometimes it takes a couple of ms to read what is on top of the scale, which sometimes is notable sometimes not, but when it is, it can be annoying.

Great little scale

I decided to get this scale after watching some reviews on YouTube. It’s small with a modern look. It’s packed with features including drip and espresso modes, shot timer weight to 0.01g. great buy for the price.
