I would NOT recommend this company. They sent me a defective pour over coffee kettle It was not the color in the photo and the handle was tarnished. I’ve asked for my money back as their policy indicated and I have not received my money back. I was told to send it to China because they’re the US warehouse was closed and they refused to send me a return label. I’m sending formal complaints to International online consumer agencies and warning customers not to purchase from this company. I was very kind in my requests for a refund and they agreed but have not followed through on facilitating this and have ignored my emails. I have never written a poor review of any company. I’ve given them several chances to make this right. Worst customer service I’ve experienced to date! If I could give them a zero star review, I would.
